PENGARUH SERTIFIKASI HALAL, KESADARAN HALAL DAN BAHAN MAKANAN TERHADAP MINAT BELI PRODUK KEKINIAN (STUDI PADA MAHASISWA FEBI UIN SYAHADA PADANGSIDIMPUAN)

Abstract


The problem in this research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs, where halal certification, halal awareness, and food ingredients are factors that influence the interest in buying contemporary products among FEBI UIN SYAHADA Padangsidimpuan students

The discussion of this research is the theory of halal certification, the theory of halal awareness and the theory of food ingredients regarding interest in buying contemporary products, and food ingredients of contemporary products in accordance with an Islamic economic perspective.

The research method used is quantitative research and primary data sources. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire with a sample size of 96 people. Data processing uses validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, termination coefficient tests (R2), multiple linear regression analysis tests, t tests (Partial), F Tests (Simultaneous). To simplify the data analysis process for this research, the SPSS 25 program was assisted.

Partial research results (t test) of the Halal Certification variable have a significant effect on interest in purchasing contemporary products, the Halal Awareness and Food Ingredients variables influence interest in purchasing contemporary products. while simultaneously (F test), Halal Certification, Halal Awareness, Food Ingredients. Interest in purchasing contemporary products. Products have a significant influence. the level of influence can be seen from the hypothesis test, where the R square variable of 45.1% is influenced by this variable and 54.9% is influenced by other variables that the researcher did not include in this study.
