KADA BALAMPU, MENYISIR SISI TAPIH: EKSPLORASI NILAI ISLAMI DALAM KEARIFAN LOKAL URANG BANJAR

Abstract


Indonesia is a rich country. Wealth is not limited to natural products, but also to various ethnicities, languages, religions, beliefs, and customs. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics for ethnic wealth, Indonesia has hundreds of tribal names and even thousands if broken down into sub-tribes. One of the tribes in Indonesia is the Banjar tribe. Urang Banjar is known as a kind, friendly, and religious person. Urang Banjar has cultural values that continue to be sustainable in social life, including Kada Balampu, Sisir Sisi Tapih. Islam has long been a feature of urang Banjar. This article is a normative legal research. A study that using secondary data in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The approach used is sociology and uṣūl fiqh approach. Then analyzed using istihsan theory. The local wisdom of urang Banjar has the same values as Islamic teachings, such as the expression of Kada Balampu, Sisir Sisi Tapih, Rasulullah saw. has warned to be careful in speaking as well as in surah Al-Hasyr [59] verse 18 and Al-Isrā’ [17] verse 36 Allah swt. has ordered that humans evaluate the deeds that have been done and be accountable for how to use hearing, sight, and heart as a form of self-introspection.
