This research uses a research development model that uses the ADDIE type development model, namely: (1) analysis, whether analyzing needs, analyzing participant characteristics, or analyzing the learning curriculum, (2) design, namely display design on the learning media prepared, (3) development, namely, developing mathematics learning media products with Construct 2 software, (4) implementation, namely implementing the use of learning media products in the field (5) evaluation, namely: in the form of assessment questionnaires from users of learning media products and questionnaires from the product development design expert team. Based on the questionnaire assessment that has been distributed by media product users and product developers, it was concluded that users of junior high school level mathematics learning media products using Construct 2 software based on Android cellphones obtained a percentage score of 77.3%, and from the development design expert team, the product is 73% so it can be categorized as good and meets valid qualifications. However, the fact is still found that students still face difficulties in carrying out the stages of formulating, applying and interpreting the process of solving mathematical problems, especially those related to ratio and proportion of material. These three problem solving processes are processes of mathematical literacy. Situations involving students' difficulties in understanding the concepts of ratio and proportion can be considered a learning obstacle. Three factors cause students to experience learning barriers, namely ontogenic barriers (mental ability to learn), didactic barriers (the impact of teacher teaching), and epistemological barriers (student knowledge that has limited context). Therefore, the aim of this research is to predict a data model related to learning obstacles experienced by students in the process of mathematical literacy skills in ratio and proportion material. Data model predictions are carried out using a data mining algorithm, namely K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) in Python language via Google Colab. The samples taken were 120 class X students of SMA N 2 Percontohan Karang Baru Aceh Tamiang. Data was obtained using diagnostic test instruments for logarithmic material based on aspects of logarithms as objects, as processes, as functions, and in contextual problems. From these four aspects, Author 2 was able to identify 20 variables that caused students difficulty in understanding the concept of logarithms. The research results show that there are three factors that cause students' difficulties in understanding the concept of logarithms. These factors are: (a) logarithmic expressions (b) logarithmic functions, and (c) logarithmic calculations. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Research steps using Systematic Literature Review are formulating research questions, searching and selecting literature, analyzing qualitative findings, reviewing the literature used, and compiling SLR articles. Based on the PRISMA method selection, 34 articles became the literature in this study. The results of this study show that the mathematical concepts contained in traditional batik motifs include the concepts of plane shapes, solid shapes, points, lines and angles, relationships between lines, equivalence, congruence, symmetry, geometric transformations, number patterns, trigonometric functions, function graphs, equation of the straight line, tangent circles, Pythagoras theorem, and tessellation. The application of traditional batik in mathematics learning can be implemented using a contextual teaching and learning model. This research is development research that focuses on producing a problem-posing approach design with an STAD setting. The subjects of this research were 8th-grade students. The data collection instruments used in this research were teacher observation sheets and student response questionnaires. Problem posing approach STAD setting used in this learning includes (1) identifying learning objectives and motivating students, (2) forming groups, (3) presenting problems, (4) proposing new problems based on the problems given, (5) guiding students' answers by evaluating the problem-solving process (6) feedback back and, (7) give appreciation. The research results show that the learning design implementation is in the good category, and students' responses to the learning process are in the positive category. This type of research refers to RND research and development. The research subjects at the field test stage were students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Bukit Malintang. The design at the field test stage is a one group pretest-posttest design. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests of understanding mathematical abilities. The results of the e-LKPD validity data analysis obtained an average rating of 3.04. The results of the practicality data analysis obtained an average rating of 3.35. The average gain obtained was 0.62. The results of this study are in the form of a description of indicators of mathematical literacy ability, namely: (1) identifying facts mathematically, (2) formulating problems mathematically, (3) using mathematical concepts to solve problems, (4) carrying out calculations based on certain procedures, and (5) draw conclusions. The sample in this study were 10 students of MTs Nurul Khairiyah Deli Serdang. The results of this research show that students are able to use the protractor correctly in measuring angles. The question difficulty is the difficulty in starting a solution. There are two types of problems in the proof of the geometry of transformation, namely the problem known definition of a mapping and the problem known formula for the results of a mapping. This study will discuss the difficulties made by students when solving problems that contain the definition of a mapping. In this study, in addition to analyzing the results of student test results, researchers also conducted interview tests. This research concludes that students' cognitive processes in solving numeracy problems related to algebra in word problems in the high and low categories have different images. This difference in intelligence has an impact on solving mathematical problems.
