PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI 100615 PINTUPADANG

Abstract


The urgency of implementing cooperative learning model of type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) is to increase individual and group skills, eliminate prejudice against peers and understand the difference. Increase the motivation of learning and sense of tolerance and mutual help.

This research is a research action class (PTK) by using the methods of the cycle. From the research that is carried out then the results obtained that the application of the cooperative learning model of type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) can increase the motivation of studying grade V SD Negeri 100615 Pintupadang. This conclusion is based on the improvement of student learning motivation cycle starting from I to III cycle. At the meeting I cycle 1 student learning motivation ketuntasan percentage of 25%. Cycle I encounter 2 percentage of student learning motivation ketuntasan increased from 11% to meetings so that increased by 36%. While on cycle II meeting 1 the percentage of student learning motivation ketuntasan of 50.6% rising to 14.6% of the previous meetings. Cycle II meeting 2 the percentage of student learning motivation ketuntasan of 63.5%. Last cycle III meeting to-1 percentage of student learning motivation ketuntasan of 9.5% 73% increase from previous meetings. Cycle III-2nd meeting ketuntasan percentage of student learning motivation is increased up to 7.8% of 80.8%.
