Abstract


The needs of the labor required to produce a quality graduates according to the needs of the industry. Through Presidential Instruction No. 9 of 2018 concerning the need for the implementation of vocational school revitalization, to carry out the Inpres, the factory teaching program was run in Vocational Schools. Teaching factory is the concept of learning in which schools carry out production or services that are part of the process of teaching and learning. The purpose of this study was to measure and determine whether or not the implementation of the teaching factory was reviewed in terms of aspects of the learning process and training as well as aspects of Human Resources (HR) and also to find out the inhibiting factors and supporting implementation. The methods used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data obtained, processed and searched for the average value of the results of questionnaires and interviews. Both of these instruments are used to complement and strengthen the research data so that the data obtained are completely valid. The data obtained, processed and sought the average value of the results of questionnaires and interviews. Further from the average value can be obtained the value of achievement of success (KKM) from implementation of the teaching factory pattern of learning & training and HR aspects. The results of research conducted at SMAN 1 Batangtoru at machining engineering program. By using the method of data collection in the form of a questionnaire with respondents as many as 12 teachers thus obtained the result that implementation of the teaching factory pattern of learning and training are categorized accordingly where the retrieved value to achieving quality (KKM) of 16.1 with the percentage of 74.54%. While the HR aspects of categorized very fit, where the value of achieving quality results obtained (KKM) by 14.4 percentage 80% with.
