PENGARUH BUDAYA KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI ADMINISTRASI IAIN PADANGSIDIMPUAN

Abstract


Penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh budaya kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan dengan kepuasan kerja. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai administrasi IAIN Padangsidimpuan yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket; dan analisis data dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan multiple regresi dengan menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya kerja yang tinggi dan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik akan menghasilkan atmosfir kerja yang kondusif, sehingga kualitas kerja juga akan meningkat. Sehingga kedua variable tersebut tapat dikatakan sebagai kunci sukses dari sebuah organisasi
