Abstract

The increase in people's needs is constrained by busyness and inability to meet needs so the community needs alternatives to help it in meeting needs. Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) emerged as an alternative for society in meeting its needs. The main product offered by LKS to the public is Murabaha because of the risks that are not too great in its application. Murabahah financing is a buying and selling transaction in which the seller declares the selling price and the buyer pays the amount of the price to the seller plus the approved profit. Murabahah financing there are those who use orders or no orders. But the Murabaha application caused a lot of criticism among the public. Islamic banks are often referred to as "Murabaha banks" because Murabaha dominates and modifications to Murabaha applications are considered the same as credit in conventional banks.
